Teeth WhiteningParticipants in a survey by the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry were asked what they would like to improve most about their smile. The most common response? Whiter, brighter teeth. Sparkling white teeth are often the first step to improving your smile—and for many people it’s the only improvement needed. Professional teeth whitening from Dr. Camille Adli will give you an amazingly bright smile.

Why Receive Teeth Whitening From a Cosmetic Dentist?

Although whitening strips and whitening toothpaste cost less than professional teeth whitening, you won’t get the same results. Whitening toothpaste only removes surface stains, and the gel in whitening strips is only a fraction of the strength of the bleaching gel Dr. Adli provides.

Teeth whitening is not right for everyone. Depending on the condition of your teeth and gums, and the cause of the stains in your teeth, whitening your teeth may not be good for them. Your teeth and gums might become irritated, or the stains in your teeth may become more noticeable. Dr. Adli will examine your teeth and gums to determine if you are a candidate for this treatment. If not, she can recommend other options for brightening your smile.

As a cosmetic dentist, Dr. Adli will anticipate the results you will get, avoid over-bleaching your teeth, and help minimize any sensitivity in your teeth that bleaching gel can cause.
