At Greater Long Beach Dental, we realize that what happens during your first visit with us can determine whether or not you will become a long-term patient with Dr. Adli. We will ensure your comfort during your entire visit, you will receive personalized care, and our communication with you will be very clear.
When you arrive, you’ll notice that the variety of natural plants in our waiting area help create a calm environment. You will receive a very warm greeting from our staff. We will invite you to help yourself to coffee, iced tea, water, or juice.
While we review your new patient forms that you have completed and confirm your insurance information, you are welcome to browse through a magazine or brochure.
A dental assistant will introduce herself to you and take you to a treatment room. Our dental chairs are very comfortable. We will offer you a head pillow and blanket if you want to increase your comfort. We will take digital x-rays and intraoral pictures of your teeth. Your teeth will be gently, but thoroughly cleaned.
When you meet Dr. Adli, you will be impressed with the time she takes to understand your concerns about your oral health. You will have her full attention. You will also have plenty of time to ask her questions about your dental needs, her treatment philosophy, or whatever dental concerns you have. You won’t be rushed through your appointment. Dr. Adli will take the time to address all of your concerns—whether it takes a half hour or two hours—it’s up to you. Your future appointments will go faster. They will only take as long as necessary to give you quality dental care.
At the end of your visit, we will offer you a complimentary toothbrush travel kit and a coffee mug.
